Online Education

1. Does all programs/courses were completed on time. Yes
2. Measures taken to complete the syllabus of courses and programs. In order to complete the Syllabus on time, teachers were asked to take offline and online tutorial classes for students through platforms like Zoom, Google Classroom etc. Other social networking platforms like whatsapp were used for notifications etc. Students were also asked to submit their assignments online. By online classes, we mean conducting teaching and learning sessions with the help of ICT. As part of this, the teachers are conducting online classes as per the convenience of the students. Teachers informed to students through email or whatsapp about the time and topic of the online classes. Teachers also send their video tutorials live on YouTube and also the study materials in the college website and whatsapp groups. After tutorial classes, they sent question answer to students on whatsapp followed by sharing the related assignments on ICT based Platforms. The whole process maintained by the teachers to conduct online classes smoothly is given below: • The Head of each of the department collected email addresses and contact numbers of all the students and teachers to create a whatsapp group for every semester through which online classes were conducted. • The link of the online classes were provided in these groups before five minutes of commencement of the classes. • All the necessary equipment and services, like internet, laptop, camera, smart phone etc. were checked before the session. • The students were given ample scope to think what they have studied and in return they were asked to give proper feedback for refinement of teaching learning process. • Encouraging students not only to ask their queries or doubts related to the topic but also to answer the questions asked by their peers. • Moreover, the end examination, internal evaluation were conducted on offline & online mode both and many international / national / state level / University level webinars were conducted by various departments of the Institute smoothly from April 2021 till date. Consequently, these were successfully helping to maintain the flow of study for students.
3. The period of delay in completion of syllabus (in months). 0
