“I, the undersigned, hereby declare that all information furnished in the IIQA-related submission is true, correct, and complete to the best of my knowledge. I understand that any misrepresentation or concealment of facts may lead to disciplinary action as per LNIPE rules and the applicable regulations of statutory bodies. I further undertake to abide by all academic and administrative requirements of the Institute.”

Submission Guidelines
- Submit the signed undertaking to the IQAC/concerned department within the notified timeline.
- Ensure that all fields are legible and complete before submission.
- Attach supporting documents, if required, as per the notice issued by LNIPE.
- Keep a photocopy/digital copy of the submitted undertaking for your records.
